COCKTAIL RECIPE: MEZCAL MARTINIS
‘Tis the season for holiday parties, celebratory nights out with friends, and, of course, festive cocktails! To ‘cheers’ to the winter holiday season, we are making a twist on a tried and true classic, the Martini! In lieu of gin or vodka, we added in our Espadín Mezcal.
Makes one drink
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 oz Doña Loca Espadín Mezcal
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Orange parts
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add ice and an orange part to a cocktail shaker
2. Pour in mezcal and sweet vermouth
3. Stir ingredients
4. Shake lightly and then strain into a coupe glass
5. Add an orange part for garnish
6. Salud!
