MEZCAL COCKTAIL: FLOR DE AGAVE


Our friend Nicole Rezner, the Bar Manager of Doña Loca co-founder Dana Rodriguez’s new restaurant, Cantina Loca, recently created this bright cocktail for us – and we loved it so much we had to share it with everyone. Inspired by a traditional paloma, this drink is the perfect thing to mix up for a party or to simply make for yourself, anytime.

Ingredients

1 1/12 oz Doña Loca Espadín

1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice

3/4 oz lemon juice

3/4 hibiscus simple syrup

2 or 3 drops of orange blossom water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredinents to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well

  • Pour into a glass with ice

  • Salud!
